What about people who don't use umbrellas when its raining?
While I understand that sodden people tramping through downtown Manhattan during a torential downpour is downright idiotic, I completely understand when people go to work and forget their umbrellas. But when it's obviously not raining outside, there is absolutely no call to have an umbrella open, especially a pink one so massive you could shelter an entire family underneath. Ooh, or people who use umbrellas in snow. I mean, come on, what the fuck!? Just wear a hat, douche bag.
